About Us

Who is Harford Trust. We are a team joined together by fast-paced technology, integrated design, common-sense funtionality and exceptional service. We have identified many deficiencies within the growing technology market. Many get caught up in the latest trend and left with a wealth of antequated 'smart' technology that doesn't seem to enhance thier lives as expected, but instead causes even more anxiety.

What do we do? We scour the technology market and find the best solutions for the most common tasks and keep it simple. We can outfit your home, airbnb, vacation home, office or a business with everything you need. Unlike salespeople, we are service based, so we don't upsell on products or features that aren't a necessity to your specific project.

Harford Trust is a highly detailed concierge service. We listen, organize and manage your project from beginning to end. We are fortunate to have our knowlegeable 'hands-on-deck' partner (GEIGN.net) to handle installs. Our seamless partnership allows us to focus even more on the client-first H|T experience.

As of now Harford Trust operates within the Philadelphia, PA to the DC areas. We can travel to any area for larger projects. Feel free to ask us anything about your project via email/text/web chatbox.

Central Control

Most H|T smart home projects come with a centralized Lenovo control tablet. The 8in tablet contains all apps needed to control and monitor your system with room to accomodate additional H|T technology.

GRYPHON Tri-Band

The backbone of our H|T smart home network begins here. The Gryphon system combines outstanding speed, security and controls. Its tri-band design has a dedicated backhaul channel and the router automatically optimizes its data flow flawlessly.

Lighting Controls

Remotely take control of your indoor and outdoor lighting! Set schedules and create scenes. Save money by having your lights turn off when you aren't home and feel safe by having either the indoor or outdoor turn on before you get home.

Entry Access

Premium biometric smart locks that reads fingerprints, uses dual-encrypted codes AND even a traditional key! You can grant your visitors, family member or contractors temporary codes or e-keys for scheduled access.

Video Surveillance

From a fully wired system to a 2K wire-free security camera. Wire-free systems also come with solar panels to complete a totally wire-free surveillance system. 

Temperature

Through the Resideo app you can adjust and schedule the thermostat remotely. Additional sensors help provide location-based temperature control by focusing on the important rooms in your home.

Intrusion System

A tried and true Honeywell monitored system. Equipped with siren, smoke detection, motion detection, water sensors etc. From your phone you can arm/disarm system, set up schedules and view the time or get alerts when any window or specific door has opened/closed.
